Pregnancy often brings a mix of excitement and fear, particularly around birth. For many, these fears stem from societal narratives, medicalised views of birth, or personal uncertainties. Julie will look at fear as a product of the overactive, conditioned “educated mind”—the part of us that overthinks, analyses, and worries about things not always in our control. By reconnecting with our intuitive mind, women can shift their perspective from fear to trust, reclaiming their body’s innate ability to give birth.
