Both are driven by their passion for not only providing quality care to infants and children in practice, but also educating and supporting the next generation of chiropractors, most recently with their creation of the new Elevate 12 month program Paediatrics 101, which is specifically designed for students of chiropractic

Drs Hayley and Breezy hold live seminars around Australia for Elevate Paediatrics helping chiropractors enhance their techniques and confidence when seeing kids in practice. Dr Breezy is a FOCUS Certified Chiropractor and Dr Hayley has completed her Diploma of breastfeeding management, furthering her knowledge around lactation support. They are also part of The Remarkable Practice team with their creation of The Remarkable Kids program, assisting chiropractors worldwide to be successful in building a FAMILY based practice.

The sisters run a very busy practice on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, with their father, Dr. Glenn Maginness, where over 80% of their patients are infants and children.
